Hayes C. McClerkin

President- Mr. McClerkin is very energetic in his vision for Miller County Abstract Company. An attorney, and lifetime resident of Miller County, Hayes is dedicated to providing the most innovative title research techniques to carry us into the new century.

Dean E. Keil

General Manager- Mr. Keil has been with the company for 20 years and has been instrumental in training and keeping employees with dedication to the quality of our products and professional service to our customers.

Jo Gail McKinnon

With 35 years experience Jo Gail is one of our most valuable assets. As Senior Abstractor she has prepared many complete Abstracts for Oil Companies in their research of Mineral Interests in Miller County as well as examining Title to properties for Title Insurance. She is familiar with all aspects of our company and is an essential part of our training for new employees. Having been in the business for many years, Jo Gail can answer most any question concerning land titles in Miller County.

Carla Ward

With 17 years experience in Abstracting and closing loans at Miller County Abstract Company, Carla is our Senior Closing Agent and responsible for management of daily operations of the office. As your closing agents, Carla and Arlynda are responsible for preparing your Settlement Statement and closing your loan in accordance with the terms of all parties as well as explaining the documents necessary to complete your transaction. Arlynda Hitt

Arlynda has 8 years experience at Miller County Abstract Company and welcomes your questions regarding closings. Arlynda is responsible for preparing settlement statements according to the Lender's instructions and the Agreements between the Seller and Buyer. She works closely with her customers and will be glad to explain the documents necessary for your closing.

Ronica Hatfield

Ronica has been with Miller County Abstract Company for 6 years. A licensed Abstractor, Ronica is responsible for examining title to real estate and reviewing all Title Commitments issued to insure marketable title to Real Property in Miller County. Ronica's dedication to our Company, along with experience and knowledge of our Abstract Plant, insures that you receive professional service and a quality product.

Jodi Hester

Miller County Abstract Company has had the good fortune of having Jodi for almost 3 years. She is doing a great job for our company and our customers. Jodi's attention to detail makes her an asset to us in examining title to real property and issuing Title Commitments. Jodi also has experience in issuing the Final Title Policies and other aspects of our company.

Stacy Rogers

Stacy has been with us for just over 1 year and is doing a wonderful job of proofing documents and completing title searches in order to issue the Final Title Policy. Stacy is very meticulous in her job to insure all documents are prepared precisely as required by the Title Commitment and our customers.

Minnie Thornell

Minnie is the smile you'll see when you come to our office. Minnie has been the receptionist at Miller County Abstract Company for 8 years. She will make sure you are connected to the Abstractor or closing agent that can handle your request. Minnie also prepares all checks from our various escrow accounts for Loan and Closing disbursement.

Sharon Davis

Sharon is an essential part of Miller County Abstract Company having been with the company for 20 years. Sharon's office is in the Abstractor's room at the Miller County Circuit Clerk's Office. Sharon is responsible for making sure our Abstract Plant has the most up to date, accurate information from the Records at the Miller County Court House which would affect title to Real Property. If ever you find yourself in the Court House not knowing where to turn, look Sharon up. She will help make it a fruitful and pleasant experience.

Rhonda Roldan

Rhonda is an 18 year employee. Currently working in the Abstractor's Room at the Miller County Circuit Clerk's Office, she makes sure our Abstract Plant has current information of transactions recorded in Miller County that would affect title to Real Property. Rhonda also has experience in issuing Final Title Polices along with knowledge of various other aspects of our company.

Sarah Lee

Sarah has been with Miller County Abstract Company for 2 years. Among her responsibilities are gathering documents for loan closing from various local Lenders and Realtors, as well as delivering closed Loan packages and Final Title Policies. Sarah also works closely with the Abstractors in compiling copies of documents to examine the chain of title to a property. 

 

Fran Sears

Fran is the newest addition to the Miller County Abstract Company team and we look forward to a long relationship. Fran is currently learning to package documents after closing and assist the closing agents in preparation for closing. Fran will also be trained in many other aspects of our company in order to provide assistance wherever needed.
